Our "Parent & Me" Ninja Tots class is the perfect way for parents (or caregivers) and their little ones to bond while exploring fun and fitness together. Led by experienced instructors, this class promotes physical exploration, helping your child build strength, coordination, and confidence in their early years.

• Interactive, guided activities for both parent and child
• Focus on motor skills, balance, and early physical development
• A supportive, fun environment that encourages learning through play

Note: Parent or caregiver participation is required in each session.

Mini Heroes

Ages 3-5

Mini Heroes is a fun, instructor-led class where kids aged 3-5 can experience the excitement of Ninja Nation in a safe, dynamic environment. Each week, young ninjas will tackle new and creative obstacles designed just for them, focusing on balance, agility, and strength. From jumping and climbing to navigating ground-based challenges, this class keeps kids moving and engaged!

Key Features:

• Age-appropriate, ever-changing obstacle courses
• Focus on physical development: balance, agility, and strength
• Parents are welcome to join their kids on the arena floor
• Private access to the arena outside of regular hours for a distraction-free experience
